Cement-based plasters are durable and versatile building materials used for leveling, protecting and finishing walls and ceilings both indoors and outdoors. They are made on the basis of cement and mineral aggregates, providing high mechanical strength and good moisture resistance. Cement plasters are particularly suitable for wet and mechanically stressed areas, such as facades, basements, garages and technical rooms.

These plasters can be single-layer or multi-layer systems. Single-layer plasters are applied directly to the surface and serve as both a leveling and finishing layer. In multi-layer systems, a coarse leveling layer is applied first, followed by a finer finishing layer. To achieve the best result, the application of cement plaster requires proper surface preparation, including cleaning, priming and sometimes wetting to prevent it from drying too quickly. After hardening, it forms a hard and durable surface that can be additionally covered with paint, decorative plaster or other finishing materials.
