    The client assumes full responsibility for the content of the advertisement, its accuracy, compliance with regulations, and respect for third-party rights. Dealmen is not responsible for the content of advertising materials, the statements or promises contained therein.

    The advertiser certifies that it has all necessary rights and permissions for using advertising materials, including copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property objects.

    Advertising rules

    • Advertising must comply with the laws of the Republic of Latvia, including the Advertising Law.
    • Advertisements must not contain misleading, false, or unverifiable information
    • Advertising must not infringe on third-party rights or harm their honor and dignity
    • Advertising must not promote violence, discrimination, or illegal activities
    • Dealmen reserves the right to refuse or terminate advertising without explanation

    Advertising material requirements

    • Images: in JPG, PNG format, minimum resolution 72 DPI
    • Banner sizes: 728×90, 300×250, 160×600 pixels
    • Maximum file size: 500 KB
    • Video: in MP4 format, maximum length 30 seconds
